According to the Exeter Agri-Energy website, milk production at Stonyvale Farm is “robust at about 78 pounds per cow per day.  About 7,900 gallons of milk are produced each day.  The milk quality is extremely high since the herd averages 3.6 percent fat and 3.1 percent protein milk daily, with a somatic cell count of less than 200,000. The herd production is considered outstanding with the 29 percent pregnancy rate and a 12.7 month calving interval.”

Stonyvale Farm ships its milk to Dairy Farmers of America.

It is sold to Hood and Garelick Farms
